Having obtained a Bachelor of Physical and Health Education degree from Queen’s University, Paul decided to travel overseas to complete his Masters of Science in Physiotherapy from Glasgow Caledonian University in Scotland. While overseas, he gained additional experiences working with local soccer and rugby academies and discovered CrossFit. His passion for rehabilitation, fitness and human performance began through the multiple sports he played growing up in Ottawa. Paul’s main sport of hockey gave him the opportunity to compete at the Junior A level and he has also given back and coached at the minor hockey level. Sports have developed Paul’s special interest in treating athletes and anyone looking to get the most out of their bodies while living pain free. He strives to help people enhance their movement quality, functional strength and mobility in order for them to achieve their goals and needs.
