CrossFit Class

The CrossFit Class is our flagship offering. In this class you will experience constantly varied functional movement performed at high intensity and get the most out of your fitness. All adult age groups and ability levels are welcome.

This class is open to athletes with a Limited or Unlimited CrossFit Membership.

CrossFit Teens Class

Our Teens classes (ages 12-17) introduce the basics of loading various functional movements into training. The outline of the class is very similar to our adult CrossFit Class however the major difference is that the teens can feel comfortable in an environment amongst their peers. Beyond a healthy active lifestyle, this program is great for the teenager taking part in competitive and recreational sports to help injury prevention and increase athleticism.

These classes are open to athletes holding a CrossFit Teens Membership.

CrossFit Kids Class

In our Kids classes (ages 5-11), expect lots of games with a focus on incorporating basic functional movement patterns into a FUN learning environment. Each class includes stimulation of the vestibular system (spinning, rolling), impact loading (jumping, bounding) and major joint loading (shoulders, hips) using body weight.

These classes are open to athletes holding a CrossFit Kids Membership.

Open Gym Class

Open gym slots are unstructured time blocks for members to get in extra work. Members are free to use equipment as needed and are responsible for returning equipment to its original spot. Members in attendance at these times are under staff supervision. We encourage athletes to use open gym time as a supplement, rather than replacement, to our CrossFit classes.

This class is open to athletes with an Unlimited CrossFit Membership.

Olympic Lifting Class

Olympic Weightlifting is a sport consisting of the snatch and clean and jerk, both of which CrossFit has incorporated into its training system. These lifts are unique in their ability to increase fitness due to the fact that they develop all 10 General Physical Skills. Our Olympic Weightlifting class is a 60-90 minute class focused solely on improving these two lifts.

This class is open to athletes with an Unlimited CrossFit Membership.

Gymnastics Class

Gymnastics is one of the cornerstones of CrossFit. Our gymnastics class is a one-hour class that is suitable for people with any level of gymnastics experience. Our focus is on developing body control, body awareness, body shapes as well as strength and flexibility. We break down technique and drill all the skills to better understand movement mechanics. We strive to build confidence and proficiency in the common gymnastics’ movements encountered in CrossFit workouts and explore less common gymnastics movements that make us better movers.

This class is open to athletes with an Unlimited CrossFit Membership.

Engine Class

Our engine classes are conditioning classes. The primary goal of these classes is to develop athletes’ aerobic capacity to ultimately benefit their CrossFit workouts. These classes typically feature the use of one or more ergs, such as the rower, bike erg, and/or ski erg and sometimes body weight movements.

This class is open to athletes with an Unlimited CrossFit Membership.

Child-Friendly CrossFit Class

Our Child-Friendly CrossFit class runs every day at 9:30am and provides a unique opportunity for parents to bring their child into the workout space for the hour.

Rules and expectations:

  • Your child must stay in close proximity to you.
  • You are expected to supervise your child (there is no extra supervision and the coach’s job is to coach).
  • You are expected to attend to your child if they are being disruptive (i.e. disrupting flow of class, detracting from enjoyment of class, creating a potential danger to themselves or others in the class).
  • Clean up after your child (i.e. food, toys, equipment, etc.).
  • Bringing your child onto the workout floor while you workout is limited to these special classes.
  • This class is open to athletes with a Limited or Unlimited CrossFit Membership.

Spin Class

Spin class is a class that takes place entirely on the Concept 2 Bike Erg. Our classes are 45 min - 1 hour in length and feature programming that is constantly varied metabolic conditioning. This class aims to develop all metabolic pathways using the bike as our implement.

This class is open to athletes with an Unlimited CrossFit Memberships.
